Had a wonderful stay at a little gem hidden near Ueno station. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main area. The amenities provided were sufficient and the room was spacious for our group of three. The staff were polite, attentive, and very friendly. Check-in and check-out were easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near train and subway stations. Close to museums and restaurants. The service and housekeeping are top-notch while the room amenities like heating, air conditioning, and in-room safe make your stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and made us feel very relaxed and comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were clean and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The presence of a kitchen with utensils was a great advantage, great to cook our own food whenever we wanted. The staff, particularly Ms. Yada, were well-trained, friendly, and helpful throughout our entire stay.
That the rooms facing the street were quite noisy, with constant sounds from passing trains, motorcycles, and trucks. It would be great if the hotel could improve the soundproofing of these rooms.
